Terms of sale & service

1. Parties and definitions

"We", "us", "Chem-End" refers to RLG Global Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 190 Woodlands Industrial Park E5, #10-06, Woodlands BizHub, Singapore 757516.

"You", "Customer" means the business entity or individual placing an order through this site. The site is intended for business and research customers; it is not a consumer retail site.

2. Eligibility & account

You confirm that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organisation; and (c) you are a qualified person or organisation permitted to receive and handle the products you order under the laws of the destination jurisdiction. We may decline to fulfil an order if we cannot verify these conditions.

Sign-in uses a one-time magic link sent to your email address; no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping your inbox access secure and for any orders placed from your account.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

All catalogue prices are indicative and quoted in US dollars (USD) per ton or per unit as stated. Listed prices are exclusive of GST, duties, taxes, insurance and shipping unless explicitly noted. Volume discount tiers shown on the product page apply to standard stock SKUs only. Orders of 25 tons or above are quoted by Proforma Invoice.

A binding sale is created only when we issue an order confirmation or a paid Proforma Invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including for reasons of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or compliance concerns. Payment is processed by Stripe. For large or recurring orders we may offer T/T or letter-of-credit on credit check.

4. Hazardous materials & regulatory compliance

Many of the products we sell are classified as dangerous goods (DG) under IATA, IMDG or ADR regulations — for example UN 2258 / Class 8 corrosive substances. By placing an order you confirm that:

• you and the named recipient hold the licences and qualifications required to receive, store, and use the product in your jurisdiction;
• you will comply with all applicable transport, storage, occupational health and disposal regulations;
• you will not resell, transship or redistribute the product to any unqualified third party.

We may require additional documentation (end-user certificates, REACH downstream-user declarations, import licences) before we ship. Where the destination country has restrictions or bans on a particular substance, we will inform you and refund the order if we cannot lawfully ship.

5. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are sold FOB origin warehouse (Incoterms 2020). Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the goods are handed to the carrier. Estimated dispatch times shown on the site are good-faith estimates only and not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, hazmat clearance, force majeure or carrier disruption are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Because of the hazardous and quality-critical nature of chemical products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or contaminated containers. We will, however, replace or refund any shipment that:

• arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken tamper-evident seals, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and documentation;
• fails to meet the specification stated on the batch Certificate of Analysis, provided you notify us within 14 days and return the unused remaining material at our request.

We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" — please contact sales for a sample first if you are unsure whether a grade is the right fit.

7. Specifications and disclaimer of warranty

Products are sold to the specifications stated on their individual batch Certificate of Analysis. Beyond that, products are supplied "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating each product against your intended application, including any safety, regulatory and environmental considerations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise — is limited to the price actually paid for the affected order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual property

The site, the catalogue, product photography, descriptions, specifications, our trade marks and the software running this site are owned by RLG Global Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. You may view and download materials for legitimate purchasing and regulatory evaluation purposes; you may not reproduce, redistribute or use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews, questions and other user content

When you submit a review, question or comment you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, format, excerpt and translate that content as part of the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party right. We may remove content that violates these terms or is unlawful, defamatory, off-topic, or commercial spam.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure; (b) scrape, harvest or mass-download catalogue content; (c) interfere with the service through bots, crawlers or denial-of-service attempts; (d) use the products in connection with chemical, biological, radiological or weapons-related activities, or any activity that violates applicable export-control law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site, and refuse to accept further orders, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law. Any rights and obligations that by their nature survive (including liability, IP and dispute resolution provisions) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any order will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC in force at the time. The seat of arbitration is Singapore. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The language of arbitration is English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Miscellaneous

These terms (together with the Privacy Notice and any order confirmation or PI we issue) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the sale of products through this site, and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or representation. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No failure by us to enforce a right is a waiver of it.
